Reviewing & assessing risk
Carrying out reviews of risk in key organisational or people areas, assessing issues such as skills and resourcing gaps, compliance with regulatory requirements, performance management systems and controls, organisational structure and effectiveness.
Organisation design, systems & controls
Advising on and, if necessary, implementing new structures, systems and controls to manage people and organisational risk. This can include new policy, guidance, management systems, MI or governance approaches. We can also advise on the effectiveness of risk management systems and develop new, practical approaches which meet business and regulatory requirements.
Training & assessment
We can design and deliver training for risk specialists or for other employees to help them understand regulatory requirements, build the skills and knowledge to perform their role effectively and assess their competence for regulatory and internal purposes.
Specialist skills and resourcing
We can provide specialists with substantial experience of working in financial services risk management and compliance areas to manage and implement initiatives or projects aimed at increasing risk management in regulated financial services.
