The way we engage with our clients has been one of the key components of their – and our – success. Our Performance Plus framework enables us to outline exactly how we will help you achieve the goals you set from the outset.

Through a series of meetings, presentations and workshops we gather the information needed to be progressed to the Discovery stage. The client has a clear understanding of the process and the proposed outcome.

We work through an agreed project plan to build relationships with relevant staff, gather appropriate information to conduct an analysis of the findings and develop the proposed solution. Through the focus on client involvement and project participation, the proposed solution gains internal agreement and acceptance.

Our client is fully involved in developing and implementing the agreed solution, including the evaluation of options and development of the execution strategy and delivery activities. Progress and quality reviews are undertaken to ensure the expected results are achieved. We believe that our focus on client involvement allows us to build confidence in the outcome and develop effective solutions.

Here we work to ensure the solution is performing as planned and is delivering the expected benefits. One of our key objectives is to build the internal capability so that future requirements can be addressed without external assistance.

The intention here is to ensure that the client is self-reliant and is able to take advantage of the benefits provided by the solution. Therefore we execute an agreed exit plan to ensure that the implemented changes are maintained and supported. Finally we undertake a formal client review and gain feedback on our own performance.
