Becoming an EL Associate

Enterprise Learning has opportunities for Associates to join our small select group of senior professionals to work on interesting projects within regulated financial services.

We are looking for successful and experienced independent consultants either:

• First class training skills in needs analysis, training design and delivery. You will need to have experience in all 3 areas within financial services and to demonstrate your ability to use Word & PowerPoint design templates.

Or:

• Experience in analysing & delivering process improvement in regulated financial services. You will need to demonstrate deep technical knowledge combined with process vision. An understanding of Quality Assurance methodology will be an advantage.

Our Associates work in a high paced environment where the ability to multi-task whilst producing quality work within tight timescales is essential.

You will need to have at least 5 years experience within regulated financial services, with a minimum of 12 months consulting experience, solid PC skills and will have financial services qualifications appropriate to your area of specialism.

Applications are particularly welcomed by candidates with deep technical knowledge and experience in

• Wealth management operations or advice
• Regulatory and risk management
• Suitability of advice in Estate & Retirement Planning
• Developing policy & guidance
• Consultancy and project management skills gained working with middle and senior management within regulated financial services firms.
